WE’RE HIRING: BARISTA – PART TIME

We are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable Barista / Front of House team member to join our independent café in Hackney.

This is a part-time role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, takes pride in great coffee, and thrives in a welcoming, fast-paced café environment.

You will be one of the faces of the café, helping create a warm and positive experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality coffee and drinks
Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Taking orders and handling service efficiently
Supporting general café operations and maintaining a clean workspace

Proactively assisting with cleaning and organisation throughout the shift

Working independently while contributing positively to the team

Requirements
Experience making coffee (latte art is a big plus)

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Very good spoken English

Part-time availability
Availability to work shifts
between 7:00am – 11:00am or 8:00am – 7:00pm
Weekend availability is essential.

Reliable, independent and proactive
Willing to help maintain cleanliness and organisation without needing to be asked
