Front of House Team Member – Kintan Japanese BBQ, Holborn

We’re Kintan Japanese BBQ, Holborn, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic Front of House team members to join our busy restaurant, with both full‑time and part‑time roles available.

- About Kintan Holborn
Kintan is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where guests grill premium meat and vegetables at their table, in a lively, social atmosphere. At our Holborn branch, we focus on fast, attentive service, great food and a fun, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

- The role
Welcome guests warmly and manage bookings and walk‑ins.

Take food and drink orders, explain the Japanese BBQ concept and menu, and make recommendations.

Serve food and drinks, check on guests and handle any requests or issues politely and efficiently.

Process payments accurately and look after tables from start to finish.

Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the restaurant clean and organised.

Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver smooth, efficient services.

- What we’re looking for
Experience in restaurants, bars or cafés is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are more important.

Confident, customer‑focused and comfortable talking to guests in a busy environment.

Interest in Japanese food and BBQ, and keen to learn about our menu and style of service.

Reliable, punctual and able to work lunch, evenings and weekends as part of a rota.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Pay, hours and benefits
Roles available: Full‑time and part‑time.

Pay: £12.21 per hour plus service charge and tips.

Staff meal included on shift.

Training provided and opportunities to develop within the restaurant.
