As Sushi Chef at Nobu London:

You will have a passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce. You will be working in a fast paced, high volume environment where attention to detail is key ! It is essential you are bale to prepare and filet all type of fish whilst maintaining a clean kitchen adhering to all health and safety standards.
