Role: Studio & Large-Format Printing Assistant

Hours: Flexible (9am–6pm shifts)

Reload Internet is a passport photo studio in Paddington. We are currently expanding our core biometric photography and OCI services to include Large Format Poster Printing, Fine Art Scanning, and Film Development.

We are looking for a sharp, bilingual professional who can balance technical production with high-level customer consultation.

[ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ]

Specialist Printing: Operating large-format printers to produce high-quality posters and fine art prints.

Biometric Photography: Taking and editing professional passport and visa photos to strict government standards.

Client Consultation: Handling complex OCI and Visa applications with a "Zero-Error" mindset.

Creative Workflow: Using Photoshop to prepare files for print and digital delivery.

[ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ]

Fluent English: Non-negotiable. You must be able to explain technical specs and visa regulations to native English speakers with total confidence.

Japanese Fluency: To serve our Japanese client base effectively.

Technical Aptitude: Experience with Photoshop is preferred; experience with printing hardware is a major plus.

Punctuality & Logic: You must be a "systems thinker" who can follow our Operations & Training manual exactly.
