We are looking for a warm, energetic and highly motivated Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our growing independent coffee shop in Hackney.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in excellent service, and understands that great hospitality is built through attention to detail, consistency and initiative.

We are looking for someone who loves creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and is eager to support with all tasks required to help run a successful and well-organised coffee shop.

Shift options (5 days per week):
7:00am – 1:00pm
1:00pm – 7:00pm

The role includes:
Preparing coffees and drinks to a high standard

Delivering excellent front of house service

Maintaining shop cleanliness and presentation throughout the day

Supporting opening and closing procedures
Assisting with stock, service flow and daily operations

Helping create an environment customers want to return to
