We are looking for a reliable and skilled Night Baker / Early Morning Baker to join our growing bakery team in London.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the quiet hours, takes pride in consistency, and understands the discipline required to prepare fresh products ready for early morning trade.

Shift options available:
Night shift
Early morning shift

The role includes:
Preparing and baking fresh pastries, breads, cookies and bakery products

Dough preparation, shaping, proofing and oven work

Ensuring products are ready for opening trade
Maintaining consistency in quality and presentation

Keeping the bakery clean, organised and fully prepared for daytime service

Night Baker / Early Morning Baker Wanted

Monitoring stock and reporting ingredient needs

We are looking for someone who:
Has bakery experience (artisan bakery experience preferred)

Can work independently and efficiently

Understands proofing, baking times and product consistency

Is punctual, dependable and organised

Takes pride in producing excellent products every day
