福岡の食を通じて、改めて日本食の素晴らしさを発信していきます。
“Wagyu Yakiniku USHIO”では和牛の赤身肉をメインとしたエレガントな日本式の焼肉をフルサービスで提供します。私達のプロジェクトが目指す本物の日本の食・空間・サービスを提供するレストランにてレストランスタッフを募集しております。

日本が世界に誇る食文化を、このレストランを通じてLondonの人々に伝えるチームの一員になっていただけませんか？？

職種＝レストランスタッフ / 調理補助、洗い場（パートタイム週4~5日）

・雇用開始日＝4月20日から予定
・勤務時間＝15:00-17:00 ～23:30-1:00（ポジション、平日・週末の営業時間により変動）
・給与＝時給£13〜 & サービスチャージ（試用期間有り）
・制服＝一部貸出 / 従業員割引有り
・飲食店経験者、未経験でも意欲のある方は歓迎

The first outlet of the FUKUOKA TABLE project, which brings the culinary culture of Fukuoka – a city representing Japanese gastronomy – to London and Europe, is opening on Charlotte Street, a hub of London's food scene.
Through Fukuoka's cuisine, we aim to reintroduce the wonders of Japanese food.

“Wagyu Yakiniku USHIO” will offer full-service, elegant Japanese-style yakiniku, focusing on lean cuts of Wagyu beef. We are recruiting restaurant staff for this establishment, which embodies our project's vision of authentic Japanese food, ambience, and service.

Position: Restaurant Staff / Commis Chef, Dishwashing (Part-time, 4-5 days per week)

• Start date of employment = Scheduled from 20 April
• Working Hours: 15:00-17:00 or 23:30-01:00 (varies according to position and weekday/weekend opening hours)
• Salary: £13+ per hour & Service Charge (probationary period applies)
• Uniform: Partially provided / Staff discount available
・Previous catering experience welcome, but enthusiastic individuals without experience are also welcome
