Full-Time Baker / Pâtisserie Chef (Gluten-Free Artisan Bakery) – London
Ma Ma Boutique Bakery is an award-winning, 100% gluten-free artisan bakery with locations in Chiswick and Borough Market.
We are looking for an experienced baker/pâtisserie chef to join our small, dedicated team full-time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and producing high-quality, beautiful pastries.
Role includes:
• Daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries
• Working with naturally gluten-free flours and sourdough
• Developing laminated dough (croissants and viennoiserie – ongoing)
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Supporting production across two locations
Requirements:
• Strong experience in baking and/or pâtisserie (not entry level)
• Good understanding of doughs, fermentation, and pastry techniques
• Interest or experience in laminated dough is highly desirable
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with early starts (training during daytime, moving into early mornings)
