Pinch La Deliでは、情熱を持って働けるパートタイムの日本食ビストロ コミシェフを募集しています。ショップアシスタント業務も兼任していただきます。

仕事内容：
以下のような居酒屋スタイルの日本料理を調理できる方を歓迎します：

サンド（日本風サンドイッチ）
カツ料理
おにぎり
たたき

また、キッチン業務に加え、接客や店舗運営のサポートも行っていただきます。

勤務条件・待遇：
週25〜30時間（フリーランス契約）
銀行振込による週払い

店舗について：
Pinch La Deliは、週7日営業のイタリアン×日本食デリです。日本のテイクアウトメニューの拡充を目指しています。また、店内では厳選された陶器、花瓶、オーガニック商品も取り扱っています。

Pinch La Deli is looking for a passionate and versatile part-time Japanese Bistro Commis Chef to join our team, with a dual role as a shop assistant.
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone confident in preparing Japanese izakaya-style dishes, including:
Sando (Japanese sandwiches) -Katsu dishes - Onigiri (rice balls) - Tataki

In addition to kitchen duties, you’ll assist with day-to-day shop operations and customer service.
What We Offer:
25–30 hours per week (freelance basis)

About Us:
Pinch La Deli is an Italian-Japanese deli open 7 days a week. We are expanding our Japanese grab-and-go menu and continuously evolving our concept. The shop also features a curated selection of exclusive ceramics, vases, and organic products.
