まるでアジアへのラブレターのように、言葉を通じて会話を始め、心に残る体験をお届けします。

私たちは、伝統的な日本の修復技法「キンツギ」を通して、その美しさと哲学を伝えてくださる講師を募集しています。

🌿 仕事内容
グループや企業向けキンツギワークショップの実施
キンツギの文化的背景や哲学の紹介
参加者への丁寧な指導とサポート
落ち着いた、心地よい学びの空間づくり

🎨 求める人物像
キンツギの知識または経験のある方
分かりやすく伝えるコミュニケーション力
日本文化やマインドフルな創作活動への関心
ワークショップや指導経験があれば尚可

We are looking for a Kintsugi Instructor to join our team!

We are Dear Asia, a school and an event company, and a vibrant community. We aim to be the go-to place in London for curious minds to discover their love for Asia—whether it’s through our beautiful languages, enchanting cultures, or rich arts and crafts heritage. Much like a love letter to Asia, we help you initiate conversations in the languages we speak and explore the cultures we all cherish, offering experiences that inspire you, move you and stay with you.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable instructor to lead our Kintsugi workshops, introducing participants to the traditional Japanese art of repairing ceramics with care, mindfulness, and meaning.

🌿 Role Overview
Lead engaging Kintsugi workshops for groups and corporate clients
Introduce the philosophy and cultural meaning behind Kintsugi
Guide participants through a mindful, hands-on crafting experience
Help create a calm, welcoming, and immersive workshop environment

🎨 What We’re Looking For
Knowledge or experience in Kintsugi
Strong communication and presentation skills
A passion for Japanese culture and mindful creative practices
Experience in teaching or workshop facilitation is a plus
