Pinch La Deliでは、パートタイムの日本食コミシェフ兼ショップアシスタントを募集しています。

仕事内容：
居酒屋スタイルの日本料理を調理していただきます：

サンド（和風サンドイッチ）
カツ料理
おにぎり
たたき

また、キッチン業務に加え、接客や店舗運営のサポートも担当していただきます。

応募条件：

日本人の方のみ応募可能
英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（職場は英語環境です）
本ポジションの業務に対応できる調理スキルをお持ちの方（必須）

勤務条件・待遇：

週25〜30時間（フリーランス契約）
銀行振込による週払い
コーヒーパートナーによるバリスタ研修・テイスティングあり

📢 We’re Hiring – Part-Time Japanese Commis Chef / Shop Assistant

Pinch La Deli is looking for a passionate and versatile part-time Japanese Commis Chef to join our team, with a dual role as a shop assistant.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone confident in preparing Japanese izakaya-style dishes, including:

Sando (Japanese sandwiches)
Katsu dishes
Onigiri (rice balls)
Tataki

In addition to kitchen duties, you’ll assist with day-to-day shop operations and customer service.

Requirements:

This position is open to Japanese applicants only
Ability to work in an English-speaking environment
Strong cooking skills are essential and must match the job requirements

What We Offer:

25–30 hours per week (freelance basis)
Weekly payment via bank transfer
