【YMS可】インフルエンサーマーケティングチームのサポート業務

当社は語学学習プラットフォームを運営しており、インフルエンサーマーケティングを担当いただけるフリーランスの方を募集しています。
契約は３ヶ月ごとに更新されます。（初回３ヶ月後は６ヶ月更新予定）

A. 業務内容
italkiが提供するガイドラインに従い、YouTubeインフルエンサーのリクルーティング、交渉、関係構築を月次で行う
コンバージョン最大化を目的に、インフルエンサーのスポンサーコンテンツの企画・内容確認・改善を行う
業務の進捗をインフルエンサーマーケティングマネージャーへ報告し、指示やフィードバックを受けながら業務を進行する
インフルエンサーとのコラボレーションについては、マネージャーが最終承認・却下の判断を行う
B. 成果物および報酬
報酬はインフルエンサーの動画が「公開された数」に基づいて支払われます
「成功した公開」とは、スポンサー動画が毎月20日までに公開されることを指します
報酬：月間のインフルエンサー支出総額の10％

以下の条件が適用されます：
a. インフルエンサーマーケティングマネージャーは、全体の予算超過を防ぐために予算上限を設定する場合があります
b. コラボレーションの承認・却下に関する最終決定権はマネージャーが持ちます
c. 動画タイプ（Dedicated / Integrated）はマネージャーが決定します
d. 成果がゼロの場合、マネージャーは契約を終了する権利を有します

C. 支払い条件

支払いはUSD（米ドル）で行われ、以下の条件に基づきます：

月間報酬は、動画公開月の翌月1日〜7日の間に計算・確定されます
（例：1月1日〜31日に公開された場合、2月1日〜7日に確定）
支払いは、動画公開月の翌月20日までに行われます
（例：1月公開分は2月20日までに支払い）

Summary
We are a language learning platform and we're looking for freelancers for Influencer Marketing. The contract will be renewed every 3 months.

A. Responsibilities

- Recruit, negotiate deals, and maintain relationships with YouTube influencers on a monthly basis, fully adhering to the Operation Guidance provided by italki.
- Brainstorm, quality-check, and refine sponsored content from influencers to maximize conversion potential, fully complying with the Operation Guidance.
- Report operational progress to the Influencer Marketing Manager, who will provide directions or suggestions and has the authority to approve or reject proposed influencer collaborations.

B. Deliverables & Compensation

- Pay is based on the successful release of influencers’ videos.
- Successful Release refers to sponsored videos being published before the 20th of each month.
- Compensation: 10% of the total influencer spending per month.

The following conditions apply:
a. The Influencer Marketing Manager may set a budget cap to ensure the total influencer marketing budget is not exceeded.
b. The Influencer Marketing Manager has the final authority to approve or reject proposed collaborations and will notify you accordingly.
c. The Influencer Marketing Manager will define the video type (dedicated or integrated) and notify you of the decision.
d. Zero deliverables are unacceptable. The Influencer Marketing Manager holds the right to terminate the Agreement, with a notification to the Vendor.

C. Payment Currency
Payments will be made in USD under the following conditions:

- Total monthly payment will be calculated and confirmed within the first 7 days of the month following the video release month. For example, if the sponsored content is released between January 1–31, the payment will be calculated and confirmed between February 1–7.

- Payment will be deposited on or before the 20th of the month following the video release month. For example, if the sponsored content is released in January, payment will be made on or before February 20.
