Senior / Head Barista Vacancy

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our team and help shape the customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the art and science of coffee and matcha, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an independent brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and matcha beverages

- Lead and motivate the barista team, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere

- Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing duties

- Maintain quality control across all drinks and presentation standards

- Manage stock levels, ordering, and equipment maintenance

- Provide training, guidance, and support to new team members

- Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a barista

- At least 1 year in a senior or lead role (If you are applying for the Head Barista position)

- Deep passion for both matcha and coffee, with solid product knowledge

- A strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and professionalism

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude

- Commitment to growth and long-term development within the company

Full-time preferred, part-time work also available. Competitive salary.
