Barista

Cup of Joy is a speciality coffee and fresh daytime café originally from Istanbul, where we have 8 successful locations. We're bringing our passion for exceptional coffee to London and looking for a talented barista to join us from day one.

What you'll do:

Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based drinks and speciality coffee to a consistently high standard

Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest and create a welcoming café atmosphere

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation behind the bar at all times

Support the daily smooth operation of the café during service

Follow health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to a positive environment

Salary: £13/h plus service charge

Full time/part time positions available
