We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our busy and authentic Japanese restaurant in Mayfair, established for over 25 years.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Restaurant Manager
Supervisor
Head Waiter/Waitress
Receptionist

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in one of the above positions within a busy Japanese restaurant
Availability to work Fridays and weekends with flexible scheduling
Passion for Japanese cuisine, sake, and hospitality
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
Valid visa with at least 1 year remaining
