Position: Waiter
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the front-of-house service team during shifts.
Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive, personalised service.
Maintain high service standards.
Manage table allocations, reservations, and guest flow.
Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Waiter
Excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Right to work in the UK.
