Barista (Full-Time)
Tsujiri – Chinatown Branch

Tsujiri is currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and confident full-time barista to join our Chinatown team.

Key Requirements:

Previous café or food and beverage experience is preferred
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in handling high-volume periods and busy service times
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Immediate availability is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and serving of beverages (including non-coffee items) and desserts such as ice cream
Delivering professional and friendly customer service at all times
Assisting with daily preparation tasks (e.g. ingredient preparation, cake cutting, restocking)
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Supporting overall team operations to ensure smooth service

Please note that this is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and applicants should be comfortable working under pressure.

・仕込み作業（材料準備、ケーキカット、補充など）
・店内清掃、衛生管理
・店舗運営のサポート業務
