Job poisson : Full-Time Barista
Pay: £12.80-£13.20 per hour

Job Description:

We are an independent specialty coffee shop located in Canada Water. We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, creating high-quality coffee beverages, and a genuine interest in learning and preparing coffee as well as Asian tea drinks.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea
-Ensure the quality of drinks meets the café's standards
-Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
-Operate coffee machines and other equipment proficiently
-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the café area
-Provide friendly and prompt customer service
-Operate the till system accurately
-Prepare stock and conduct stock counting as required by the manager
Requirements:

-A passion for learning and developing skills in coffee and Asian tea drink preparation
-Experience on espresso machine and milk steaming are advantageous
-Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed
-Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions
-Experience in food preparation is advantageous
-Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
