Baker/Pastry Chef
We are an exciting new restaurant opening in London and we're looking for talented, passionate individuals to join our kitchen team!
PASTRY CHEF/BAKER
Full Time: 40 hrs/week | Part Time: 20–25 hrs/week
Salary: £13.50/h plus service charge (based on hours & experience)
Responsibilities:
• Design and create high-quality desserts and pastries
• Ensure consistency and beautiful presentation on every plate
• Manage pastry section stock and minimise waste
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker in a restaurant or hotel
• Culinary/pastry qualification (desirable)
• Creative flair and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
