💬 応募条件 / Requirements

英語で業務およびメール対応ができる方（必須）
Strong English communication skills, including email correspondence (required)
高いITスキル（Excel・Web管理など）をお持ちの方
Strong IT skills (Excel, web management, etc.)
AIツール等を活用した業務効率化に関する知識・経験をお持ちの方歓迎
Experience or knowledge in using AI tools to improve operational efficiency is highly desirable
日本語ができれば尚可
Japanese language skills are a plus
イギリスで就労可能なビザをお持ちの方
Must hold a valid UK work visa
正確で責任感があり、チームで働ける方
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
日常的に重量物（カートン）の取り扱いがあるため、体力に自信のある方
Physically fit, as the role involves regular handling of heavy cartons

🧰 仕事内容 / Responsibilities

倉庫作業（入荷・検品・在庫管理）
Warehouse operations: goods receiving, inspection, inventory control
梱包・発送業務（オンライン注文および卸出荷）
Picking, packing, and dispatching online and wholesale orders
商品データの管理（Excel使用）
Product data management using Excel
オンラインショップの管理（商品登録・更新など）
Website and e-commerce management (product listing and updates)
顧客および取引先へのメール対応
Customer and client email communication
週1回の日本からの航空便の入荷処理および、月1回程度の船便の対応
Handling weekly air shipments from Japan and monthly sea freight
