今回募集するのは、キッチンとホールの垣根を越えて活躍する【MOH（Middle of House）】というポジションです。
🍳 MOH（Middle of House）とは？
BOH（キッチン・調理）とFOH（ホール・接客）の両方を担っていただく、お店の心臓部とも言える重要なポジションです。
「美味しい料理を作りたい！」というキッチンの情熱と、「お客様に直接喜んでいただきたい！」というホールのやりがい、その両方を味わうことができるハイブリッドな働き方です。

We are currently hiring for a MOH (Middle of House)—a dynamic hybrid role that bridges the gap between the kitchen and the dining room.
🍳 What is a 'MOH' (Middle of House)?
The MOH is the heartbeat of our restaurant, taking on both BOH (Back of House / Cooking) and FOH (Front of House / Customer Service) duties.
It’s the perfect role for someone who has a passion for cooking delicious food, but also loves the reward of seeing the customers' smiles directly. It offers a truly hybrid way of working!

📋 Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience (Required): Please note that solid foundational kitchen skills are essential for this role. However, prior FOH experience is not strictly required as long as you have the willingness to learn and try something new!
