An opening has arisen for an experienced shop manager for the launch of our first restaurant in central London in 2018.

We are looking for :

• An individual who believes in providing the best service to the customer is the key to success of the business. One of the key expectations for the roles therefore is how he/she create and foster the environment where high level of hospitality is constantly achieved.

• The ability to adapt to and grow into challenging roles and environments which is
defined by CoCo Ichibanya’s corporate motto of "Briskly, Sharply, and with a Smile".
Our way is uniquely different from other companies. The candidate capacity is put to a maximum test for their positive attitude to learn and continuation for improvement.

• Always taking initiative in leading the team “by example”, successful candidate should demonstrate willingness to be “hands-on” in all matters concerned on the shop floor and how to meet the standard expected by the customer.

Skills and Qualifications
• High calibre in people management, such as strong motivator who respects and connects with others to inspire those who works with
• Good communication skills, both speaking and writing in English is essential as the duty will heavily involve colleague training and reporting to high management time to time.
• This position potentially has overseas training period opportunity. Further details are to be offered to successful candidate upon interview stage.
