festival worker with a food certificate

Hard working people with kitchen experience mainly to plate and serve Japanese food
Hygiene certificate would be useful. Need to be flexible with hours and camping.
Ability to handle food with hygiene and a fair level of understanding of the English language
You need to be available for the 18 the 19th July for the marvelous Festival in Reading and
from the 19th to 24th Aug for We Out Here Festival.
