The Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You will:

Greet and seat guests, and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar
Have strong menu knowledge to answer questions and make recommendations
Ensure tables are set, cleared, and reset promptly and to a high standard
Handle payments and process bills accurately
Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, ideally in a busy restaurant environment
A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Right to work in the UK
