Clutch Cafe London is looking for a new member to join our team at our Fitzrovia store.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in menswear, and can provide friendly, knowledgeable and personal service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Engage with customers and provide a personal and welcoming shopping experience, helping them find products that suit their individual style and needs.
Product Knowledge & Styling
Develop a strong understanding of our products and the brands we carry, and provide knowledgeable styling and product advice.
Stock & Store Operations
Assist with organising stock, merchandising, deliveries and general day-to-day store operations. Please note that some physical work and lifting is required.
E-commerce
Assist with processing online orders, packing and fulfilment, as well as providing customer support when required.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A genuine interest in menswear, heritage clothing and quality products
Knowledge of menswear and premium/luxury brands
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A reliable and proactive team player
Previous retail experience is preferred, but enthusiasm, personality and a genuine interest in what we do are equally important.
