Cup of Joy London is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Marylebone café. If you're passionate about specialty coffee and love creating a great experience for every customer, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, delivering excellent customer service, and helping keep our café running smoothly during busy service.

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience, ideally within specialty coffee
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods
A genuine passion for coffee and a desire to keep learning
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
