About US:

Our IP-backed company, Japanese Mary Poppins Ltd, previously endorsed by the LSE Generate from 2019 - 2021 and trading for 7.5 years in London, is looking for candidate who can work as The Mariko Method™ Educational Specialist. The Mariko Method™ is a registered trademark in the UK. Japanese Mary Poppins Ltd is seeking elite, highly-qualified educational specialists trained under "The Mariko Method"™ to deliver our specialized, proprietary Japanese culture-inspired/Japanese-style educational and child developmental framework to HNW families, diplomats, corporate executives and expat families in London. Operating with complete professional independence, you will function as a high-level educational specialists, governess, mentor and tutor seamlessly integrating traditional Japanese culture-inspired/Japanese-style educational and child developmental philosophies with elite British academic structures.

Job Title: The Mariko Method™ Educational Specialist

Location: London, UK

Employment Type: Part-Time (PAYE Contract)

Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, afternoons and evenings; shifts fall within the 13:00–20:00 timeframe).

Note: Due to the fixed schedule requirement, candidates must be available exclusively during all these weekday afternoon and evening slots.

Salary/Compensation: £18,200 – £18,500 per annum (pro-rata equivalent based on an hourly rate of £17.50/hour). Fully managed under UK PAYE, inclusive of all statutory employer contributions (Employer National Insurance and pension scheme).

Availability (Crucial): 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, afternoons and evenings. There are no alternative or flexible hours available; applicants must be fully available during these core afternoon and evening slots from Monday to Friday.

Professional Demeanor: Exceptional poise, discretion and the ability to represent The Mariko Method™ professionally with HNW and executive households.

Required: University Degree

What We Offer:

£18,200 - £18,500 per annum on PAYE for 20hrs/per week guaranteed work throughout the year.

Full PAYE employment status with the company covering all statutory employer taxes, National Insurance, and pension contributions.

Professional training in the proprietary The Mariko Method™.

Direct experience working within elite private households in London.
