Our Marylebone shop is our first in the UK — a flagship in one of London’s most beloved neighbourhoods. You’d be joining at the very beginning of that story.

Who we are
Cup of Joy is a specialty coffee shop rooted in the belief that hospitality should feel like coming home. We’re neighbourhood-first — a place where guests are known by name, the coffee is taken seriously, and the team genuinely cares about each other.
This is our London debut. Which means you won’t just be filling a role — you’ll be helping shape what Cup of Joy becomes here.

Pay & schedule
£13.00 / hr + service charge
Mon–Fri 07:30–18:00 · Sat & Sun 08:00–17:00. Evenings always yours.
