The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Barista to help shape the customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the art and science of coffee and matcha, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an independent brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and matcha beverages

- Lead and motivate the barista team, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere

- Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista

Deep passion for both matcha and coffee, with solid product knowledge

A strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and professionalism

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude

Commitment to growth and long-term development within the company

Full-time preferred, part-time work also available. Competitive salary.
