We are a boutique, independent tea room based in Kensington specialising in afternoon tea service with a curated selection of loose-leaf blends. Every member of our close knit team plays a key role in delivering the high-quality presentation, warm atmosphere, and attentive service our guests know us for.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: £13 - £15/ hour + Tips

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Floor Service: Deliver attentive afternoon tea service, create customer rapports, present menus, recommend tea blends, and processing payments.
Operations & Teamwork: Maintain the image of the shop floor, clearing and resetting tables, assisting with dishwashing cycles, and supporting team members across various daily tasks.
Team Leadership Potential: Over time, learning to assist with stock management, shift coordination, training procedures, and a view to assisting in operational development.

Requirements & Experience

Experience: Previous front of house experience is required (afternoon tea, cafe, or restaurant background preferred).
Mentality: While prior experience is necessary, we still value attitude, dependability, and enthusiasm above all.
Availability: Flexible to work day shifts, including one weekend day per week.
Working Hours & Schedule

Hours: 35-40 hours per week (Full time and Part time applications welcome)
Shift Times: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
