Description of duties:
• Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding the level of services that the client provides to these customers.
• Record the collected data on the computer
• Where applicable translate the feedback into English.
• Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date.

Full training will be given in relation to the work required.

Person Specification:
• Native level speaking in Japanese
• Advanced level of written English (to be able to translate customer’s feedback into English)
• Ability to multitask
• Results and target orientated
• Self- motivated
• A good attention to detail
• A professional approach
• Customer service experience
• An excellent telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (desirable)

Work Pattern:

The position of Japanese Speaking Customer Representative is permanent with approximately 5-10 hours of work available per month.
