Ikeda opened its doors in 1979 and we pride ourselves on being  one of the most authentic, traditional Japanese restaurants in Europe.

Our supremely talented sushi chef Hatakayama san, whom you will be working alongside is widely regarded as the best sushi chef in London.

We prefer our candidates to have previously worked in a Japanese restaurant: must be passionate , quick thinking, hardworking and thrives in a pressurised kitchen environment.

Applicants must have the right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations .
