Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewer
MaritzCX is looking to recruit articulate, highly-professional, client focused Telephone Interviewers to work a variety of afternoon and evening shifts (depending on the type of project) at our friendly telephone centre based in Farringdon, City of London.
Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, a can-do attitude, great communication skills and a good eye for detail.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
Interviewers book in shifts on a weekly basis, and we ask that you can be available for a minimum of four shifts per week.
Interviewer pay rates per hour:
Japanese: £13.125 / hour (NIGHT SHIFTS)
High-performing interviewers will also have opportunities to progress within the company.
If you are successful, your role as a Telephone Interviewer will involve carrying out customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients, and there is NO selling involved. There will be an immediate start for successful applicants.
