Customer Service Internship

What to expect
You will shadow a senior colleague in their everyday work. From day one you will be given own tasks and responsibilities. You will also have a personal learning plan which we will create together with you. The position is based in our school office
How will you learn
You will have an opportunity to develop communication skills, team work and customer service skills. You will learn through observation of experienced colleagues and through your own tasks. You will get guidance and feedback from our managers. Depending on your goals the intenship may include some areas of marketing.
What will your responsibilities include
Providing outstanding customer service
Receiving phone calls
Face-to-face and online customer service
Student recriutment
Identifying customer needs and matching our service offer accordingly
Clear communication with customers and colleagues
No cold-calling

Minimum intermediate level of English
