Bartender

Task & Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
Ensure that the bar area is correctly prepared for service.
Execute cocktails and/or special drinks according to Hosokawa standards.
Refilling fridges, restocking soft drinks, wines, sake and spirits
Ensuring a clean working environment e.g. cleaning glasses, bar equipment and the bar itself.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Saké is an advantage
You are fluent in English, both oral and written. The ability to speak and write Dutch or Japanese is an advantage.
You have relevant work experience; preferably few years experience in a similar restaurant and have sufficient knowledge of liquors, spirits, wine, beer and mix drinks.
