We are looking for an energetic sales assistant (full-time maternity cover) to join the team and help travellers make the most out of their Japan Rail Pass.

Description of the company
JRPASS Ltd is the leading online travel agency of Japan rail pass sales. The Japan Rail Pass is an unlimited Japan railway train pass in Japan that allows visitors to travel all over Japan without breaking the bank. We are proud of our speedy delivery and helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities:
-To work closely with colleagues to ensure that orders are dispatched quickly.
-To help customers understand the Japan rail pass
-To understand customers needs and help them plan their dream trips to Japan
-To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with colleagues, Japanese suppliers, Japanese travel-related companies and travel agencies globally.
-Other duties as needed.

Qualifications and skills
Language
-2 language skills required: Japanese (native or advance) and English (Native or advance)
-Google docs and Excel (Similar to Microsoft word and excel)

Preferred qualifications and experience
-Any 3rd language
-Working as customer support for any online companies-telephone, email and online chat customer support.

Visa:
Working permitted visa holders only.
Exclude Student visa and working holiday visa.

Salary
Salary start from £7.83/Hour in the first 3 months
After 3 months £18,000 per year base
Paid holiday 20 plus bank holidays

Working period and hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00
Maternity cover 18 months from the starting date (There is a possibility to extend the contract)
