Gastronome Europe is a part of Gastronome Thailand Group. As a whole we have over 30 restaurants across London, Tokyo and Bangkok. We are looking for someone manages an office of Gastronome (Europe) Working closely with our Managing Director with operation team. Also, we need someone who can start working immediately.
The job description:
Maintain and manage office services as follow:
• Filing and maintain important document, operation forms, record and mails
• Manage procurement for head office
• Control the sourcing process of office supplies and utilities
• Arrange and liaise with courier service
• Prepare transport and accommodation for our oversea partners
• Attend monthly operation meeting and develop key action points
Collaborate and assist management and cross functional team as follow:
• Process invoices and payments through online banking system
• Assist Managing Director to develop monthly cash flow report
• Manage procurement process for central kitchen’s supplies and restaurant’s equipment
• Collaborate with restaurant manager and tronc master to manage payroll and tronc distribution
• Arrange and assist in development of marketing and point of sales materials
• Assist Managing Director in driving social media execution
SKILLS
• At least a Bachelor's Degree
• Some experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of payroll and invoice would be preferred
• Excellent in interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Japanese.
• Mandarine language skill is a plus.
• Microsoft office
• Energetic, positive, efficient, driven, creative, optimistic and proactive
SALARY
• 20 - 24K with statutory paid holiday
