Assistant Accountant

We are well known cosmetic company based on London and we are growing rapidly in the UK.

We are currently looking for an accountant who has at least one year experience of using SAGE 50 software and already studying for an AAT or ACCA qualification. The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone who is punctual, keen to learn, enthusiastic, can take the initiative, have attention to detail and someone who will want to grow with the company. The successful candidate should have good oral and written communication skills and have experience in working to tight deadlines. The company is a local company and no need to use Japanese language.

[Job description]
1. Posting of sales and purchase invoices on SAGE 50
2. Reconciling the bank Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
3. Chasing of outstanding debts
4. Assisting the General Manager with preparation of Cash flow forecasts
5. General Administration

[Requirements]
At least one year experience of using SAGE 50
Business level English
PC skills
Studying AAT/ ACCA qualification
