Supervisor needed for Japanese Restaurant

Gochisou serves some of Japan's most popular dishes including katsu curry, sushi bento, gyoza, karage and got a various sushi selection.
Everything is prepared fresh on the premises each day and is available to eat-in or takeaway. Our first branch is proudly situated in Chiswick Business Park, a few minutes walk from Gunnersbury Station and 10 minutes from Chiswick Park Tube stop. We are open from Monday to Friday and looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team.

About the roll:
- 45 hour/week included breaks, from Monday to Friday, must be flexible with the hours
- Start with the salary of £18000 - £20000 annualy, depending on experience
- Stock management
- Dealing with suppliers
- Cash management
- Customer Service
- Supervise the team
- Organize the daily operation of the store
- Training new member of staffs
- Ensure to keep company standards

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar roll
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized
- Work well in a team and willing to help others
- Must be flexible, able to work on all departments
- Valid working Visa is essential
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety principles, CIEH Level 2 certificate is an advantage
