寿司シェフ、フィッシュカッター募集

Eight years ago, we promised sushi master Yamamoto-San that we’d make the best sushi in Europe: fresh fish, cut on site, skilled sushi chefs and cooking from the heart.
We now have over 750 kiosks across Europe, and we’re opening our first dedicated restaurant, right here in London!

We are looking to recruit a talented, passionate and experienced Sushi chef/Fish Cutter who will be able to succeed in this fast-paced atmosphere and is willing to learn and develop to ensure our restaurant maintains its fantastic reputation.
As an experienced Sushi Chef/Fish Cutter you will be required to:
• Make great sushi by hand
• Prepare all the fresh fish ready for production.
• Minimize food waste by good cutting techniques and good storage practices
• Follow recipes and deliver consistent high-quality food standards
• Minimize food waste by properly preparing food and good storage practices
• Making sure safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are present at all times, safe storing of raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, etc.
• Receiving items and ensuring proper storage until needed
• Assuring the adherence to Health and Safety guidelines in terms of food quality, preparation recipes, presentation at all times
• Being highly organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

• 1 years + Sushi/Fish Cutter experience
• An outgoing and fun personality
• Experience of working in high volume restaurants / grab and go concepts
• Passion for food and the desire to learn
• Good level of English, spoken and written

• Salary £9-£14 per hour depending on experience
