Japanese customer service and sales person

This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who has telesales and customer service experience

We are an independent seafood distributor, who specialise in frozen and fresh produce.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic individuals who can work well within our fantastic team.

Your duties include, but not limited to:

- Handling customer queries and complaints

- Creating reports/invoices/credit notes

- Up-sell products to customers

- Cold/warm calling prospective clients

- Calling our clients on our data base

- Ensuring our data base is up to date

- Handling customer queries and complaints

- Sales support: Helping the sales team with any quotations and reports for customers

- Processing orders for second deliveries

You must:

- Be able to speak Japanese
- Be able to use your own initiative

- Be flexible with working hours

- Be energetic and friendly

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Relevant experience within a customer service office environment

Basic salary* + bonus
