Hello, I am a martial arts instructor and a ITF Taekwondo black belt with 4 years' experience of teaching taekwondo to children in after-school clubs. I have also privately taught families. Can travel within the local area. Training is also available at home. Please contact me for more details. The personal training I offer is based around martial arts; building strength, stamina, flexibility and a fun way to tone your body into good shape! Training equipment is provided for every session.
