Tsukemono Pickling workshop/ 漬物ワークショップ

Tsukemono (Japanese pickles) making workshop on 15 March 2 - 5pm, at Niwaki Chiltern street, London is now available to book. You may want to hurry – space is limited and we know there are a lot of pickle fans out there. Aki Henderson from Miki Meshi will provide all the necessary ingredients and guide you through five different recipes, and the best part is you can take your delicious creations home at the end to share with your friends or scoff solo.

日本人の先生アキさんを迎えて季節の野菜を使った東北地方の基本的な漬物の作り方を学べます。
当日作った漬物はお持ち帰りできるのはもちろん、最後に試食会もあります。
