Acupressure is a DEEP/STRONG/HEAVY type of massage to deal with meridian lines. It gives you BENEFICIAL PAIN which stimulates the circulation of blood & lymph. You will understand the meaning of the GOOD PAIN when you get pressure on acupoints.

PRESSURE REACHES ACUPOINTS THROUGH CLOTHES

* Treatment will be provided on the carpeted floor or firm bed.
* Oil is not used.
* You do NOT need to take off your clothes.
* Long sleeve shirt & gym pants would be the best.
* The pressure by thumbs, fingers & elbows reaches to the acupoints through the clothes.
