☆推拿(すいな)とは☆
中国伝統三大療法の一つで、一般的な指圧や整体、カイロプラクティックの原点と考えられる総合按摩術です。
凝り固まった筋肉をほぐし、ズレた脊椎を調節して体全体を整えます。根本原因に働きかけて痛みを取り除きます。一度の治療で違いを実感していただけます。
薬やオイル、器具を使いません。安全で無痛の安心な治療法で、服またはタオルの上から筋肉にはたらきかけます。
治療メニュー
推拿マッサージ
オイルを使用せず服の上から痛みと根本原因に働きかけます。必要な場合は軽く脊椎の調整も行います。

ディーブティシューマッサージ
オイルあり、またはオイルなし。筋肉深層部の緊張をほぐします。

スポーツマッサージ
オイルあり、またはオイルなし。スポーツで凝固した筋肉や関節に集中します。医療ストレッチも可能。

リラクゼーションマッサージ
お客様のニーズに合わせ、癒す、または元気づけるスタイルを選べます。

カスタマイズセッション
ご自分のニーズに合わせてカスタマイズ！
例：推拿マッサージ(痛みを治療)
　　ディーブティシュー/スポーツマッサージ(筋肉の緊張をほぐす)
　　リラクゼーションマッサージ(癒しまたは元気な気分で終了)
(問診内容によって各マッサージの時間分配を調整)

オフィスなどでイスに座ったままの状態の、頭から肩甲骨周りまでの部分マッサージも行えます(エクスプレスコース)。

・標準コース：60分(問診と治療50分)　50ポンド
　　(2人ご一緒の場合、1人45ポンド。3人以上、1人40ポンド)

・エクスプレスコース：30分　35ポンド
　　(2人以上ご一緒の場合、1人25ポンド)

PROFILE
French 32-year-old male living in London, fluent in Japanese and English.

QUALIFICATION
Completed a 4-year-course of study in IMTC (Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in France, gainded the qualification of Practicien en medicine traditionnelle Chinoise (Traditional Chinese Medicine Practicioner).

Fully qualified and register with urban massage.

WHAT IS TUINA?
It is one of the three major traditional treatments, general massage technique considered to be the origin of conventional Shiatsu, acupressure and chiropractic.
In tuina, whole body regains the balance by loosening the tense muscle and adjusting the dislocated spine. It removes the pain by approaching the source of the problems. You’ll feel the difference after just one treatment.
We don’t use medicine, oil or tools. It is a safe painless treatment, working on muscle over clothes or a towel.

Treatments available:

Tuina massage
Without oil, over cloth, to treat pain and its origin. May include light spin realignment if required.

Deep tissue massage
With or without oil, to release deep tensions in muscle layers.

Sport massage
With or without oil, focusing on the muscles and joints hardly solicited during sport. Medical stretches are also available.

Relaxation massage
According to your need, this massage can be more focus on calming or energising.

Custom session
Make your own session to perfectly fit your needs!!!
Example: Tuina massage (treat any pain)
Deep tissue / sport massage (release muscle tension)
Relaxation massage (finish with a nice relaxing or energising feeling)
(Depending on the consultation, the timing of each massage may be adapted)

Express course is available. This is to work on head to shoulder area while you are in sitting position. (in office chair for example)

(£90 for two sessions at the same location, and £30 any supplementary session at the same location)

(£25 per person if more than two peoples at the same location)
