当店の黒トリュフは比較的大きく、現地のライセンス保持者から直接買い付けていますので安心です。
トリュフの収穫には訓練を重ねたハンター犬が使われており、天然物ですので農薬等不使用です。

一度に少量の使用で通常の一品がゴージャスな一品に早変わりです。
スライスしてステーキに添えるも良し。ピッコリーノチーズとの相性も抜群ですので、トリュフとピッコリーノチーズを和えるイタリアン本格クリームパスタは絶品です。
肉料理やパスタ、魚料理や卵料理、チーズ、サラダ、寿司など様々な用途でお使い頂けます。

トリュフは冷凍保存が可能ですが、当店はオーダーが入り次第、現地から即日入荷になるので、とても新鮮な状態でお届けすることが可能です。
